As you may be aware, the job retention scheme is ending on the 30^th September.

Up to the end of September 2021 you will still be able to claim 60% of your employees wage back from HMRC, however you will still need to pay 80% of their wage. What this means for you is that from 1st October 2021, you will no longer be able to claim a portion of your employee’s wage back from the government. There has been no plans announced for the job retention scheme to be extended past September.
